If you long for days as light as drifting clouds and gentle breezes, and wish for ease in body and mind, sitting meditation can help you unwind and relax deeply. Ease of body and mind is sought after by many. This course will help you establish a solid foundation for your meditation practice. Learn how to let go of and relax both body and mind. Correct Chan practice helps you become aware of the body’s rhythms and settle your mind, ultimately rediscovering your sense of freedom and ease in life.
【Registration Instructions】
- Due to limited space, registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Every cohort has 32 spots available. We encourage you to register early.
- Your registration will be accepted upon submission. Please note that you have to attend all classes throughout the course you signed up for.
- To deepen the benefits of your practice and meditation after this course, students are encouraged to join our group meditation practice regularly and we highly recommend signing up for an upcoming One-day Chan Retreat, so as to ensure a well-rounded learning experience.
